Why use Photomax?
I like Photomax simply because it can be used by ANYONE who takes digital photos, not just a scrapbooker. With stories of computers crashing and entire years of photos lost, it’s crazy not to have a back up of your digital library off site…and Photomax is a great place to keep them!
Not only do they store digital photos and offer printing of various sizes, they have great products. Starting with the simple photobook, anyone can upload and finish a book. These do not appeal to the scrapbooker, however are fantastic for your digital picture taker!
They also offer a designer leather photo tote. Tell me of a mother or grandmother who wouldn’t love one of those? What about having your picture printed onto canvas and give it that painted look to hang in the office?
Their services also include the digitizing of traditional photos and VHS. Making your own “movie magic” DVDs is easy. We made one for our nephew’s wedding and it turned out great, complete with music and fantastic picture transitions.
They also offer “Maxcast”, your own video channel. You can subscribe for a certain number of minutes and broadcast your own videos and share them with family and friends. It’s a great way to keep up with far away relatives!
This is a great place for the average picture taker and expert scrapbooker to get their pictures OFF the computer and into a format to share through photobooks, DVDs or videos.
