Top Line Creations started off as Cock-a-Doodle Design (CADD).  They used to sell their products to
larger corporations such as Michael’s and Wal-mart.  In Spring 2002, they joined the direct sales
market.   They became TLC in Oct of 2003 and have been continually re-inventing themselves with
each new product reveal, including a monthly autoship program (Artist Choice) and new quiksand kits.

This last product reveal in April included their new quiksand accent kits.  Each kit comes with 5 sheets of color-coordinated paper, a tag sheet filled with pre-perforated frames and accents and a sanding disc that you can use on the paper to give it a distressed look.  I experimented with the sanding disc and I loved the scratched look on the middle frame.
